Our Vision

My professional career began with me working in the Banking & Finance Sector in Brisbane, Australia for approximately 12-years. My roles varied between back-office and front-office roles and included working as a Wealth Adviser for ANZ Private Bank and other boutique Investment Advisory Firms. 

I enjoyed building a financial career providing high net worth clientele with advice around lending, investments (direct equities and funds management), personal insurance, taxation, superannuation, financial planning and general banking.

However, due to ongoing depression, loneliness, addiction and substance abuse, I finally decided to face the "demons within" during the year of 2012, by embracing counselling and working on myself. In the process I also learnt the skillset of "Coaching" and "Neurolinguistic Programming" which changed the entire course of my life. It triggered off a new career path, a new country and starting a brand new business.

Yes, at the end of 2012, I established my own Leadership &  High Performance Coaching Firm in Papua New Guinea, my birth country, and I have continued to build this practice since. The primary catalyst for establishing this business was realising that many others in Papua New Guinea shared negative limiting beliefs like me, however they could also change with the right coaching and training.

I now have over 12-years of experience as a certified life and business coach in Port Moresby and throughout PNG - in fact, I have coached in almost every province throughout PNG. As at August 2024, the only provinces I am yet to coach in are Hela, East Sepik, Oro, Bougainville & West New Britain Province. 

Throughout this journey, I have helped thousands of clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. My coaching approach is holistic and tailored to each individual or group's unique needs whether it is to excel within the workforce, lead their teams better or achieve even more small business success.
