Hausman Seminar (Port Moresby only) - October 25th, 2024

Papua New Guinea has a problem with violence against women - two out of every three women will experience violence in their lifetime. This equates to approximately 2.3-million women of adult age. Warrior Culture - Hausman exists to empower the 2.3-million men committing this violence, to become even more self-aware and to change their limiting and harmful beliefs about themselves and others, so that they DO NOT COMMIT VIOLENCE in the first instance. 

We give men the skills and knowledge on how to lead their lives and grow their financial success through business ownership. It is our belief that an empowered man, who knows himself deeply, has an empowered spiritual relationship with himself and builds a purposeful life, will not be violent to anyone at all. We believe PNG men are seeking this knowledge and this transformation. 

WC conducts training for men of all ages in a "Hausman" style environment where we discuss all the issues that are affecting men and we provide solutions as well as rely on the group wisdom that is always available during our interventions. Our training can be conducted in corporate boardrooms, at community center's or in open air scenarios such as in a village setting depending on available facilities. Local knowledge, language and context is always of paramount importance.

WC also applies Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Time-Line Therapy, Life Coaching and other world standard, behavioural change methodologies to create transformation in our men.

Whilst our primary focus is on men, we have been asked many times to conduct similar workshops for women. The response to these workshops from the women has been tremendous as many women also overcome limiting beliefs that keep them stuck in abusive, trauma cycles and relationships. Women attendees have also been able to transcend other issues such as addiction, dinau issues, relationship challenges, career blockages and many other challenges.

We have changed men from all over Papua New Guinea - we call them "WARRIORS".

They are WARRIORS because of the courage it takes to look within, to accept the pain and trauma of the past, and to create a life of purpose based on a positive vision of their future lives. 

Yes, they are warriors because they practice FAITH in the unseen, faith in the future versions of themselves... they are able to let go of judgement, blame, anger, resentment and looking back but rather, they continue to step forward everyday, despite their fears, in FAITH and HOPE for a positive tomorrow.

They are emotionally intelligent leaders who lead with love and courage and in the service of others... They are WARRIORS who exemplify the new "WARRIOR CULTURE" ways that will help PNG men succeed into the future.
